What data we collect

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Cloudflare Analytics is privacy-preserving by design: it does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not store personally identifiable information. The data collected includes aggregated page views, referring URLs, country-level location, and browser type. BoundArc does not receive or store individual user records.

Email and contact inquiries

When you contact us at hello@boundarc.com, we receive and store your name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether there is a fit for an engagement.

What we do not collect

We do not:

• Use cookies for tracking or analytics on this site
• Deploy advertising pixels or retargeting trackers
• Share, sell, or rent personal data to third parties
• Build behavioral profiles of visitors
• Use third-party marketing automation tools that receive your data

Data processors

BoundArc uses Cloudflare as a CDN, security layer, and analytics provider. Cloudflare processes network traffic and analytics data as a data processor acting on our behalf. Their practices are governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is operationally relevant to an active or prospective engagement. We periodically delete inquiries that did not progress to an engagement. Cloudflare Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to individuals; its retention is governed by Cloudflare's policies.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding any personal data we hold about you:

• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
